For all deliveries within India, please be aware that all deliveries need to be signed for, and photographic identification is required. If you are not present at the time of delivery, you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
For deliveries within India, we aim to arrive 48 hours after dispatch during the working week. Please allow extra time on weekends, bank holidays and during our busy Akshay Tritya, Rakhi, Dhanteras and Diwali periods.
Placing an order
If you have found the perfect piece, you can make your buying selection at any time – just click on 'add to bag' and follow the instructions. On request, we can alter the length of most of our pendant chains or bracelets. Please note that any alterations may delay dispatch of the item. Our rings are available in a variety of sizes, many of which can be resized by our craftsmen to ensure the perfect fit. Please connect with us at +91-94140-15555 for more information. Please be assured that we will be here for you every step of the way to make your buying experience as smooth as possible. All our prices are in INR and exclude 3% GST.
Customer protection is important to us, therefore orders may be subject to security checks. This may cause a slight delay in the processing of some orders. We may need to contact you to carry out security checks - if we are unable to reach you using the contact details provided, it will delay the dispatch of your order.
As soon as we have confirmation that your piece of jewellery has been collected we will get in touch with you to advise an estimated delivery date. Please note that any delivery times given can only be approximate and will depend on availability of courier services in your area.
Buyback & Returns policy
We have a 100% refund policy* at the House of Suranas. You have 7 days from your delivery date to return an item for a refund. Products have to be delivered to our flagship store on JLN Road, Jaipur. After the 1st week, you will get 85% value credit voucher, credited back into your cart. Please call us on +91-94140-15555 while initiating the return and we will guide you with the SOP for the same. Items should be returned undamaged with all the tags attached, and the original packaging included. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

At Suranas, we offer a free cleaning service for all our jewellery. Simply visit our store on JLN Road, Jaipur and we will arrange this for you.
You will receive a valuation for insurance when you first buy your item, and we advise you to have this updated by us once every two years in order to reflect changes in precious metal and gemstone prices. This is a complimentary service and so during busy periods we kindly request your patience with this.
Secure online shopping
We want to make sure that our website is as safe as possible for you to use. We take security seriously and use industry standard technologies such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect sensitive information passed between you and the website. The use of SSL ensures your name and address are encrypted when submitting an online order form. You will notice the company logo shown on the address bar of your browser and by clicking on this, a window will be shown that verifies the website credentials and the 128-bit encryption that is in use.
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We do not keep a record of your payment details. We, and our dedicated partners, will only use your personal details to provide you with the service you deserve. For security reasons, we may have to pass your contact telephone number and/or email address on to our courier service – this is purely so our agent can contact you for a speedy delivery.
Working out your size
You may already know your ring size, based on a ring you own that is a comfortable fit. If not, a fail-safe way to work out your size is to bring a ring that is worn on the same finger as the one you want to buy into our boutique or any local jewellery store and they will measure it for you.
Buying a ring for someone else
Don’t let getting the wrong size put you off surprising someone. If you are unsure of the correct size we are happy to guide you through selecting an initial size, which can then be altered if necessary at a later date. This is, of course, with our compliments. In some cases the item may need to be re-made, which can take several weeks but we would be happy to advise you of the best options prior to purchase.
Our bracelets measure an average 18 cm (7-inches). We are able to shorten most bracelets for the perfect fit, but lengthening can be more difficult. Lengthening bracelets depends on the construction of the links, and may require us to make a new bracelet. Please contact us to find out more.
