Once the product is returned under our 7 Day Money Back policy, it would be checked for any tamper by the Quality control department (QC).
The product will be acceptable in perfect condition with all the tags and protective material intact. Any product returned with any kind of wear and tear or with tampered tag will not be covered under this policy.
The funds will be refunded to your original payment method.
You have 7 days from your delivery date to return an item for a refund. We recommend that your return is sent back within 2 days of receipt to ensure the parcel arrives at the original location in time. Items should be returned undamaged with all the tags attached, and the original packaging included.


We offer a Lifetime Exchange Policy on all purchases made from us. The product can be returned for exchange on the basis of its current market value.
The value of the exchanged product after deductions will be credited to your e-shop account with us. This remains valid and can be used to purchase anything on our e-Shop or in store.
Jewellery returned shall go through the Quality control procedure in order to process the exchange.
